Guidelines For Participation
01 STEP 1
Pay the Fee clicking on the below register now button.
You will automatically get a Receipt over email, you can also take screenshot of payment made and use it as a receipt. Please Note Transaction Number/ Payment Id / Receipt Number.
02 STEP 2
Once your payment is done, Please wait for few seconds and the page will redirect to a form where you can upload the video or photo.
If your page is not redirected or any technical glitch happens and you loose form link, kindly share your payment receipt or screenshot to +91-9953302157 and request for form link.
03 STEP 3
If you are unable to upload videos or photos directly in the form, simply upload them in a folder in your google drive and share the link here. Make sure to keep the sharing setting of folder as ‘open to edit for all’, else we will not be able to access your videos and photos. Please ensure you don’t delete this folder before the results.
Please upload Videos and Photos of maximum 100 MB. You can submit only 1 video per category and only 3 images in photography category. Please ensure the Video File Format is .MP4, .MOV, .AVI or .WMV only and the size is no larger than 100 MB. Please use Video Compressor like, https://www.freeconvert.com/video-compressor to compress your video before sending. Image for Photography Competition is to be submitted in .jpg or .png format, size should be maximum 1 MB. To compress image you can use www.tinypng.com
Important Note
- Shoot your Video or Click the Picture as required. Please ensure the Video File Format is .MP4, .MOV, .AVI or .WMV only and the size is no larger than 100 MB. - Video / Photos that is uploaded must have been shot exclusively for this event and must not be used anywhere else, Only 1 video per participant will be accepted and only 3 photos per participant for photography competition.
- Maximum resolution on the longer side, 2048 pixels at 72 dpi.
- Photographs with photographers names on the image, borders and frames will not be considered for judging.
- Cropping is allowed as long as the original message/content of the photograph is not altered drastically.
- Basic re-touching (brightness, saturation, sharpening, contrast, and white balance correction) of the image is acceptable as long as the photograph retains its original form.
- If an image appears drastically altered, the participant will be required to produce the RAW file. All information regarding the post-processing of the image must be shared on request.
- If the image was not shot in RAW format, the original, unprocessed JPEG file will need to be shared.
